I am an instructor in the Freshman English program in a private university in Turkey. All of our students are given laptops and there is always good wireless access in the classrooms so we are really spoilt in terms of technology. Hoca is Turkish for teacher- thus the user name. I am not Turkish though I have lived here for 6 and a half years.
